BAURAN KEBIJAKAN APA YANG DAPAT DIIMPLEMENTASIKAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN INKLUSI KEUANGAN BAGI MASYARAKAT AGRARIS?
Abstract
Lembaga jasa keuangan berperan penting sebagai katalisator dalam pembangunan ekonomi bagi masyarakat agraris. Kondisi pada saat ini menunjukkan bahwa akses masyarakat agraris terhadap berbagai layanan keuangan dari lembaga jasa keuangan masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai pendekatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai buaran kebijakan peningkatan inklusi keuangan bagi masyarakat agraris. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat agararis yang berdomisili di Provinisi Aceh. Pendekatan Model kano digunakan sebagai metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini. bahwa terdapat satu atribut layanan yang termasuk dalam kategori attractive, sembilan indikator dalam kategori must be dan dan tujuh indikator dalam kategroi one dimensional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan enam alternatif pendekatan yang dapat digunakan sebagai bauran kebijakan peningkatan inklusi keuangan bagi masyarakat agraris. Hasil penelitian ini sangat relevan dalam rangka mendukung tujuan Strategi Nasional Literasi Keuangan Indonesia yaitu mendorong lembaga keuangan untuk menyediakan layanan keuangan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.
