STRATEGI MANAJEMEN WAKTU TIM KERJA HYBRID

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen waktu yang efektif dalam implementasi kerja hybrid di perusahaan multifungsi bidang sales electrical di Surabaya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi non-partisipatif, dan dokumentasi internal. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi manajemen waktu efektif mencakup empat aspek utama: pengelolaan individu, koordinasi tim, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, serta dukungan kebijakan organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan adaptif. Di tingkat individu, penggunaan aplikasi digital seperti Microsoft Planner dan kalender digital membantu karyawan menentukan prioritas dan mengelola tugas harian. Koordinasi tim efektif dilakukan melalui platform digital seperti Microsoft Teams dan WhatsApp, meskipun perlu pengaturan jam komunikasi aktif untuk mencegah overload komunikasi. Teknologi informasi berupa sistem pelaporan digital berbasis web mendukung efisiensi operasional dan akses data secara real-time. Selain itu, kebijakan organisasi yang fleksibel dan kepemimpinan adaptif yang berorientasi pada hasil kerja turut mendukung efektivitas strategi manajemen waktu secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan organisasi untuk menyediakan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi digital secara rutin, mengembangkan SOP komunikasi digital, meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi, memperkuat kepemimpinan adaptif, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan relevansi strategi manajemen waktu.
