MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI ERA DIGITAL : STUDI BIBLIOMETRIK

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya memetakan perkembangan literatur SDM digital selama dekade dari 2016 hingga 2025 dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Sampel 192 artikel dari database Scopus dianalisis menggunakan Biblioshiny dan VOSviewer, untuk tren publikasi, penulis, institusi, kata kunci, dan struktur tematik. Analisis mengungkapkan lima klaster yang berlaku: (1) Digital HR Practices dan Employee-Centric Themes, yang menekankan transformasi peran SDM dari administratif ke strategis berbasis pengalaman karyawan; (2) Teknologi dan Inovasi dalam SDM, yang menunjukkan pemanfaatan AI dan data untuk efisiensi dan keunggulan kompetitif; (3) Struktur Operasional dan Keberlanjutan, yang menggabungkan fungsi dasar SDM dengan prinsip green MSDM; (4) Motivasi dan Nilai Praktis, yang menyoroti hubungan antara strategi SDM dan perilaku individu.  Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pergeseran fungsi MSDM dari administratif ke strategis, dengan integrasi teknologi yang berkedok kecerdasan buatan, sistem kinerja real-time, dan platform kerja hybrid.
